Please remember that the products we sell are for decorative use only. We no not recommended that you consume them in any way.....if you decide to do so, then it is at your own risk.

We have no minimum order value. If you wish to order larger amounts than those listed, please just phone or email us to discuss availability and pricing.

As the site owners, we reserve the right to make changes to the site, policies and prices without prior notice being given.

We make every effort to ensure that your order arrives with you in good condition. We cannot be held responsible for damage incurred during transit. Once your dried products arrive, please keep them in a cool, well ventilated area. Storage in a damp atmosphere or close to direct heat, can result in deterioration that we cannot be held responsible for.

Being natural products, breakages, uneven colouration and unusual shapes are inevitable and normal. We cannot be held reponsible for this, but we do try to remove as many damaged items from your order as possible.

If a product is out of stock, you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date. If this not suitable for your needs, you may cancel the order, and no payment will be processed. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

All orders are on a pro-forma basis. If it has been specifically agreed, then payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. All goods remain the property of PB Dried Fruit until paid for in full.

We are currently not required by law to be VAT registered, therefore all orders will be VAT free.

PB Dried Fruit is part of the Pretty Beautiful company.

Our site is available to the general public providing it is not misused or misrepresented in any way.
